As reported by Forbes Ukraine, on May 29–30, 2025, law enforcement authorities carried out searches at the headquarters and production facilities of DCH Group.
DCH Group engaged ProfiLegal’s White-Collar Crime team to ensure legal compliance during the searches at the company’s headquarters and regional assets.
The searches were conducted under the procedure stipulated by Part 3 of Article 233 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, without a warrant from the investigating judge, by officers of the Strategic Investigations Department (DSR NPU) led by Andriy Rubel, and investigators from the Main Investigation Department of the National Police (GSU NPU) at the office premises of DCH Group in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
