Yuliia Kalova, Managing Partner at ProfiLegal, has been elected to the Board of the Compliance Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) for the 2026–2027 term.
The Committee focuses on building a strong professional community in compliance and ethics.
It actively promotes the exchange of knowledge and practical experience. A particular emphasis is placed on improving national legislation governing specific aspects of compliance. The Committee also works to enhance standards of integrity and ethical business conduct.
Commenting on her election, Yuliia Kalova stated:
“The UBA Compliance Committee should become a key expert platform for fostering a culture of legal compliance, managing legal and reputational risks, and implementing effective compliance systems in both the private and public sectors. I see the Committee as a centre of practical expertise that brings together compliance, criminal law risks, anti-corruption policy, and corporate governance, and develops applied recommendations for businesses, lawyers, and public institutions.”
